About
Madonna Davidoff is a Filipino-American children’s book and editorial illustrator. She grew up in the Philippines and now lives in historic Yardley, PA in the USA. She also lived in New York City, Switzerland & Singapore.
She has a degree in Visual Communications from the University of the Philippines, studied illustration at the School of Visual Arts and Printmaking at the Arts Student League of New York. In Bali, Indonesia, she learned the art of Batik painting and in Switzerland, she studied French at Ecole Benedict, a language school in the quaint old town of Fribourg.
Madonna Davidoff is a member of SCBWI (Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators) and of CBIG (Children’s Book Illustrators Group) in New York City.
She Participated in the first SCWBI Artist showcase 2003 in New York, where her Illustration was one of the 10 finalists amongst 250 entries and was auctioned off.
Selected clients include: Van Nostrand, Bonnier Publications, Markus Wiener Publishers, Africa World Press, BlackBook Press, Crane Publishing and Bridges International of Zurich. As a mix media artist, her works have been exhibited both domestically & internationally.
